Our online Clinical Stretch classes are BACK!  On Tuesday mornings at 10am, you can join me for a 45 minute full body stretch via Zoom.

Who the online stretch classes are suitable for

The classes are suitable for all levels of ability and I’ll talk you through the reasons why tightness in certain areas can have knock-on effects in other parts of the body. Whether you have a sports injury, aches and pains from working from home, body strains from wearing PPE, or just want to improve your overall flexibility, my safe clinical stretching classes are suitable for you. This session is suitable for beginners.

What you will gain

You’ll gain valuable knowledge of key stretches to deal with a range of common aches and pains and is great for those additional strains from working from home, and wearing PPE. During our ‘clinical stretching’ session, you’ll improve flexibility, helping muscles to become more supple in a way that minimises the risk of injury.

What you will need for the classes

Our online stretch classes are hosted on zoom, so you will need a laptop/ computer and internet connection and zoom already loaded on your computer. The login details will be sent to you once you sign up for the session. You will also need to wear clothes that you can stretch in, together with some floor space that you can lay down on. You can use a yoga mat or towel on the floor for added comfort for some of the floor stretches. Please also keep a bottle of water handy to keep you hydrated during the session.
